Raluca Crupenschi

Another year into the journey of love, friendship, community, devotion and growth.

The deeper I dive into this practice, the more I realize that yoga is about remembering who we truly are beneath all the noise, fears, ego and expectations.

This year has reminded me to trust the unfolding of life, to surrender when I cannot understand, and to believe that every experience and every chapter arrives exactly when it is meant to.

Grateful for all the teachers and friends I have met along this journey, for every practice, every challenge, every moment of connection and every step on this beautiful path that continues to transform my life ✨

Happy International Yoga Day 🤍

We come here to experience life in waves 🌊
To love, to serve, to lose, to grow, to let go, and to learn how to remain present and open hearted through it all 🤍

There is beauty in softening and trusting what unfolds 🩵

Beautiful life ❤️🌺

We travel oceans, searching for something we already are. Every path leads us back to the same place, within, where home is.
🩵

Today’s intention is more self love 🤍
coming back home to the heart, where everything begins.

Returning to your own energy, to your truth, to your worth. To the quiet knowing of who you are.

You don’t need to chase, prove, or convince anyone.
You simply choose yourself, fully and unapologetically.

Walk your path with softness and certainty,
trusting that what is aligned will meet you there 🙏🏼

You are an eternal, divine being 🥰
here to remember, to expand, and to embody your highest self✨

Whatever you love, you are 🤍✨

Choose love.
Dream without limits.
Do what makes you feel alive.
And stay close to people who bring out the best in you.❤️✨
