🍲 Milk Fish ငါးဟင်းချိုမွေးစပ်
🧂 Step 1 – ငါးနှပ်နည်း
• ရှာလာရည် 🍋 Teaspoon ၁ဇွန်း + ရေစင်အောင်ဆေးထားတဲ့ ငါး 🐟
• ဇလုံထဲထည့် ➕ ဆား 🧂 ➕ ငါးငံပြာရည် 🐟🥣 ➕ နနွင်းမှုန့် 🌕 ➕ ကြက်သားမှုန့် 🐔 ➕ ငရုပ်ကောင်းမှုန့် 🌿
• သေခြာနယ်ပြီး ၁၅ မိနစ်နှပ်ထား
🧄 Step 2 – ဆီသတ်ရန် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• ကြက်သွန်ဖြူ 🧄 ကြက်သွန်နီ🧅+ ဂျင်း 🫚 ထောင်းပြီး ဆီပူပူထဲထည့် ဆီသတ်
• Golden brown ✨ အရောင်ရလာတာနဲ့ နနွင်းမှုန့် 🌕 + Chili powder 🌶️ ထည့် (ဟင်းအရောင် လှရန်)
