Risk of Sunburn 🔥to our skin.
UAE UV index 11 to 12 — extreme category. 20 minutes outside without SPF is enough. Repair in order: cool compress, aloe gel, then barrier cream. No actives on burned skin for one full week.

Your liner isn't melting — it's sliding.
If your eyeliner disappears by midday in the UAE, it's not a melting problem — it's a sliding problem, and the fix is completely different. Liner needs a dry surface to actually hold onto in this heat. Without primer on the lash line, the liner is sitting directly on bare skin at 40+ degrees, and it has nothing to grip. Women across the Gulf region deal with this constantly because most tutorials are made for cooler climates. The fix is simple: primer on the lash line first, then your liner on top. That one extra step changes everything for Dubai humidity and heat.

⚠️What does the sun to our skin in 30 days
UAE heat skin damage summer Dubai skin changes 30 days AC skin barrier pigmentation UAE summer skincare oily dehydrated
What UAE summer heat actually does to your skin — week by week.
These skin changes feel random. They are not random. They follow a predictable pattern.
-Week one — skin defends itself:
Heat signals the skin to increase oil production immediately.
Even dry skin types look oily by midday in UAE summer.
This is not your skin type changing — it is your skin reacting to the environment.
-Week two — hidden dehydration:
Air conditioning removes moisture from the air around you all day and night.
Skin looks oily on the surface but is dehydrated in the deeper layers.
This is why products feel like they stop working in summer.
-Week three — pigmentation begins:
UV exposure accumulates invisibly over weeks one and two.
Melanin production increases as skin tries to protect itself.
Dark spots and uneven tone start forming — visible by week four.
-Week four — barrier breakdown:
Moving from cold AC to 45 degree outdoor heat repeatedly every day disrupts the skin barrier.
Redness, sensitivity, tight or reactive skin follow.
Products that worked in winter stop performing — the barrier changed, not the products.
-What stops all four stages:
SPF 50 every morning — the most important step of all.
Hyaluronic acid on damp skin before moisturiser.
Ceramide-based moisturiser every night to support the barrier directly.
❌️ Deodorant hides the smell. ✅️ Antiperspirant stops the sweat.
Two different jobs — most people only use one. Apply at night, not morning, for it to actually work in Dubai heat. 💜
Deodorant and antiperspirant are not the same thing, and using the wrong one at the wrong time is why you're still struggling in Dubai heat.
Deodorant only covers the smell — it does nothing to stop sweat itself.
Antiperspirant actually blocks the sweat gland, which means less sweat and less odor.
The biggest mistake most women make in the UAE and across the Gulf region is applying it in the morning rush.
It works best applied at night, on dry skin, so it has hours to actually absorb before the day starts.
Small change, big difference in this climate.

Puffy eyes in Dubai are a dehydration problem-not age.
AC removes moisture overnight and body retains fluid around the eyes.
Cold compress 60 seconds every morning.
