Today is my Holiday! It is the day my life started over and I serviced! It is the most has become one of the most important days of my life! The day I survived! The day lived to do better and be better!

Every year I like to recognize superior people who I have done business with in a variety of Businesses and who have impressed me with how they do business. So the following is a list of those people I recognize throughout the past year an a half. This list is the Best of the Best.

Since I go the gym nearly everyday I take many "Spin Classes" ! With several very good spin instructors. The Spin Instructor of the year is......IRENE BIERY !

Irene has been teaching Spin for over ten years. She knows the best drills to create OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. She is excellent in her energy and all the students in her classes feed off that energy.

To give you an insight of how good of an instructor she is, it is important to note what kind of fitness level Irene is. About 14 months ago Irene and her daughter were in a near fatal car accident. A distracted driver plowed into the rear of her stopped car waiting to exit an off ramp. Her daughter pulled through nicely but Irene was in a Coma for about a week. When she finally came out of the COMA, she had no recollection of the accident and couldn't walk or hardly speak. In the next 8 months she had to learn how to walk again and re-learn how to speak. With the help of her family and intense physical therapy. She made it all the way back to give us the BEST SPIN CLASS in all of L.A. Fitness!

Irene is truly the finest example of what fitness is all about. Here's to taking many more years of Spin Classes from Spin Instructor of the year! IRENE BIERY
