Just 3 months until Christmasβ¦ πβ
Yep....just under 3 months. You heard that right!!!
That's roughly 12 weeks between now and Christmas.
Imagine using those 12 weeks to work on your gut health so your gut is feeling healthier and happier at Christmas!

And perhaps most importantlyβ¦
Not spending Christmas feeling like your π©gut is ruining the celebrations.
You don't need to wait for January.
You have 3 months to start now and really start working towards a healthier gut.

Do you suffer from gut π© issues? Tried all kinds of things but still experience uncomfortable gut issues? π
Did you know that sluggish lymph flow could be contributing to your gut issues??
While we have lymph nodes situated all over our body, we have lots of lymphatic tissue situated in our abdomen and when our lymph is not flowing properly, our gut can become compromised.
If lymph flow becomes sluggish, it can lead to:
β‘ Increased Inflammation
β‘ Fluid Retention and Bloating
β‘ Constipation
β‘ Sluggish Digestion & Slower Detoxification Pathways
β‘ Increased Gut Sensitivity
β‘ Poor Immune System
When lymph isn't flowing well, waste and inflammatory by products can accumulate placing extra stress on the digestive system.
If youβve been struggling with persistent bloating, fluid retention or inflammatory gut symptoms, your lymphatic system might be asking for support π
For more info on how I can help send me a DM and we can chat about our options.

Sick of achieving the same old results and nothing changing? If you want change, it's time to take a different path! π
20/09/2026
So as of Thursday, last week, I am now officially in my last year of my 30βs!
I took the weekend off to enjoy the sunshine which was just beautiful!
It feels like yesterday I turned 30 and just like that I am now heading towards the next decade of life.
Here is some of the life lessons I have learnt in my 39 years:
1. Your health is your greatest investment.
2. Rest can be productive and is not always laziness.
3. You don't have to earn a massage. π
4. Your π©gut can tell you a lot.
5. Don't ignore the little signs your body gives you.
6. A good night's sleep can change everything.
7. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish.
8. Prevention & healthy habits matter.
9. You can change direction at any age.
10. Surround yourself with people who make you feel good & uplift you.
11. Friendships come and go- some can be for a season & there is nothing wrong with that.
12. As you get older, you realise you only need a handful of good friends
13. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need.
14. It's okay to have days with slower mornings when your body is asking for rest.
15. Your body changes β and that's okay.
16. Ageing is Inevitable, ageing gracefully is a choice
17. What you put in your body is just as important as what you put on it.
18. Comparison steals so much joy.
19. Always lead from a place of kindness and good intention.
20. Practicing forgiveness over resentment
21. Raising children can be challenging & can test you at times.
22. Having open communication & spending quality time with your children is important.
23. Finding the right parenting style that fits in with your child's best interests
24. Invest in your relationship & set aside time for quality time together.
25. Looking at the glass as half full rather than half empty
26. Let go of what you cannot fix & focus on what is in your control.
27. You donβt have to have it all figured out
28. If you are not growing your dying- invest in yourself
29. You do not have to justify your actions/health choices to someone else to fit in.
30. The older I get, the more I value life experiences over materialistic things
31. I enjoy my own space and feel happy in my own company.
32. The only failure is not trying!
33. Loving what you do, makes it not feel like a job.
34. We are all different- what works for one, may not work for others.
35. Healing is not linear, healing is a journey
36. A small step in the right direction is better than no step at all.
37. It's not about what happens to you, what's more important is how you respond to it.
38. I feel best when I am in nature in my happy place being the beach.
39. It's okay to take a break and do something for you without feeling guilty (still find this one hard to do at times)
So hereβs to 39 π₯
To another year of learning, growing, laughing, loving, looking after my clients, business growth and hopefully becoming an even healthier, happier version of myself. π
Which of these life lessons resonates with you the most?
Which life lessons are you still learning?
Let me know in the comments if you wish.
Here's hoping you all had a great weekend!

Our lymphatic system is our sewage system and without proper functioning lymph flow, it can impact gut health and cause all kinds of health complaints.
Some signs your body may need lymphatic support include:
π Your digestion feels sluggish
π You feel bloated and puffy regularly
π You have a slow metabolism and excess fat storage
π You suffer from lack of energy & hormonal imbalances
π You experience regular headaches & migraines
π You find yourself always getting sick
π You wake up with morning stiffness & feel overall inflamed
π You have acne, cellulite and skin issues.
π You often experience brain fog & cognitive fatigue.
Could you have clogged lymphatic drainage pathways and would they benefit from support?? π€
Supporting lymph flow is so underrated yet so damn important for overall health!
Things are finally starting to catch up! While the gut brain connection has been well established, itβs great to see the ongoing research on this area being shared on mainstream tv! The gut is so important for so many different health complaints. This is the exact reason why I focus so much on gut health in my nutrition practice. The gut-brain connection is a two way street with an unhealthy gut affecting the brain and vice versa. Could your gut be affecting your health?

You may be thinking it's time for Spring Clean of Your Home but What about Your π©Gut and Lymphatic System?
If you have been feeling a bit heavy and sluggish over the winter, spring is the perfect time to reset! πΈ
Some basic things you can start doing today to reset and support a healthier gut and lymphatic system are as follows:
π Make it a priority to drink more waterπ¦- dehydrated lymph fluid and gut tissues become stagnant with toxic waste not being able to move along leading to feeling heavy, constipated with fluid retention. Aim for a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.
π Increase movement to get things moving- just 30mins a day e.g. just brisk walk can make all the difference. πΆββοΈ
π Increase π₯¦fibre intake- a healthy diet rich in fibre ensures the body can efficiently eliminate waste and avoids the system to become overloaded.
π Reduce your toxic load- spring clean your diet, your home, your bathroom cabinet and limit the amount of chemicals you are exposed to. This reduces the burden on the liver and lymphatic system and allows fluid to move freely.
π Avoid Foods That Make You Feel Yuck! - Listen to your body. If you know that lactose, and/or indulging in processed foods make you feel yuck, don't just think she will be right.
π Go Alcohol Free- alcohol is inflammatory increasing vessel permeability, leading to fluid buildup and slowing down proper drainage.
π Breathe Deeply- deep diaphragmatic breathing π§ββοΈacts as a natural pump to the lymphatic system causing pressure changes that help move fluid through major vessels.
π Get Sweaty- whether it's through aerobic cardio execises or sweating in a steam room/sauna, sweating supports lymphatic function. ππ½ββοΈ
π Book a Lymphatic Massage- You can learn self-lymphatic massage techniques to do yourself, do daily dry body brushing and/or book a professional lymphatic massage.
Let's see how many of these you can tick off by the end of the week? πͺπ
Oh yeah and if you would like to book a lymphatic massage, I have a few spots available later in the week. DM to snap up an appointment.
Happy Monday! π
