Mama Skis Rough Day Kit
Share
Rough Day Kit is all about helping you wind down after a long, overwhelming day.
I didn’t create this because it was trendy.
I created this because I know what it feels like to sit in silence and not feel okay.
I know what survival mode feels like.
I know what strong looks like on the outside and exhausted feels like on the inside.
The Rough Day Kit isn’t a fix.
It’s a pause.
A reminder that even the strongest women’s, mens, mums, dads newly parents, suffering through life mentally, physically & emotionally deserve 15 minutes to breathe.
If you’ve been holding everything together… this one’s for you 💜

This isn’t just a box.
