I’m going to be THAT girl who celebrates herself for a minute because I am SO bloody proud of these nails. 🥹🤍

At the start of this year, fresh out of my nail course, the thought of doing a full French set would have absolutely TERRIFIED me.

And now? LOOK AT THEM. 😭

Was I nervous? Absolutely.
Did I practise the day before? You bet.
Did I back myself and trust that I could do it? YES.

I think sometimes we get so caught up in everything we still need to learn that we forget to recognise how far we’ve actually come.

These nails are more than just a pretty set to me. They’re proof that I’m learning, improving and becoming the nail tech I hoped I could be when I first started.

And I’m allowing myself to be really, really proud of that. 🥹🫶🏼

This was going to be my first nail art including French set, and I wanted the appointment to go as smoothly as possible.

I was nervous, but I backed myself and trusted that with a little preparation, I could deliver something beautiful. 🫶🏼

One thing that’s really important to me as a nail tech is being honest about my abilities. If there’s something I haven’t done before, I’ll be upfront about it, put in the practice and make sure I’m giving my clients the best experience I can.

I’m still learning, growing and building my skills, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come already. 🥹
