When I reflect on my own health & fitness journey I know this is true.

When you finally decide to make small, consistent and achievable changes you are on your way to caring for you.

I know for me when I finally admitted that I’d never be petite, that my body is large, that comparison to others is depressing and realising that I’d need to eat & train consistently for the rest of my life then that is when I took back my power 😊

I am a strong, powerful woman, in an ageing body with a great set of shoulders and an even bigger heart.

Training with me is like training with a friend . One you can trust, one who will cheer for you and one that understands vulnerability.
