Grief is a hard one to go through, yet, we all experience it at some point in our lives.

Whether we've lost a loved one, pregnancy, pet or lost ourselves through trauma, medical conditions, abuse etc. I could go on.

But as I sit here tonight, heavy in my grief over my recent losses, I'm still so proud of what Amber and I created here.

This journal is more than just a journal. It's a guide, a place to feel seen and heard, somewhere to talk to your missing piece, someone to remind you that you aren't alone in this.

I know my heart is missing so much right now, and I feel so heavy but I also know how proud they are of me to have kept going.

I will be using this journal tonight and for the week as it's 2 years since I lost my darling Ev on Saturday.

Thinking of everyone who is missing someone or something right now. We aren't alone in this grief. I'm here with you.
