🤷 Lashing is fu***ng hard sometimes. Especially when you are starting. Often I find people get discouraged and turned off doing it because they are not as good as what they think they would be or they are often comparing themselves to others.

You must understand that everyone has a DIFFERENT STARTING POINT- Every individual has a unique starting point in their journey. Comparing yourself to someone else’s advanced stage doesn’t provide a fair or accurate representation of your efforts and potential.

You might be starting out while they have already out years of work. Instead of comparing- TAKE NOTES 📝
Set some goals! And create the steps you need to in order to reach them!

This can create an unrealistic perception that they have it all figured out, which can cause anyone to underestimate there progress!
