Your business is a mirror. Do you like what it’s showing you?

I asked this question at the start of my Lush and Loaded kickoff call this week.

The room went quiet.

The kind of quiet that happens when someone asks the question that was always there, but we’re afraid to say out loud. It’s confronting, uncomfortable and makes our butt clench.

After decades of working with brilliant women, I noticed,

They know exactly who they are.

They know what lights them up, what they're here for, what they could talk about for hours without being paid.

And then they sit down to build their business and somehow none of that makes it in.
They build from what they think people want.

From what seems “safe” enough to say out loud.
