the obsession is real 😍 this date pistachio crunch is one of the best things I’ve made in a long time. So many of you asked for the recipe so here’s the details below ✨ thank me later xoxo

1 cup dates, halved and pip removed
2-3 tablespoons pistachio spread, melted
1/2 cup soy protein crisps
3/4 cup milk chocolate, melted
sprinkle sea salt

On a lined baking tray, add the dates and flatten with a rolling pin. Drizzle over the melted pistachio spread and then add the soy protein crisps on top. Drizzle over melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving or overnight. Enjoy!

obsessed with bowl dinners ✨ tonight was lamb souvlaki bowls and trust me when I say you need to save this one 📌 delicious, healthy and hits the spot! Try them and thank me later xoxo

Leftover roast lamb, shredded*
Sliced tomato and red onion
Souvlaki bread, grilled
Fresh dill to put on top

Potatoes:
4 potatoes, quartered
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp oregano
Sprinkle salt

Tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
2 gloves garlic, crushed
1 tbs olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Sprinkle salt

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees fan forced. Prep the potatoes and oven bake for 35-40 minutes. Slice the tomato and red onion, pick some fresh dill. Make the tzatziki dip. Grill the souvlaki flatbread on each side. Shred the roast lamb. Assemble the bowls with potato, tomato, red onion, fresh dill, roast lamb, flatbread and tzatziki.

tonight was honey soy chicken bowls and the flavours were poppin off 🥗 balanced, satisfying and so deeeelicious 🔥 save them and thank me later xoxo

Honey soy chicken:
6-8 chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tbs honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbs crushed ginger
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha

Cucumber edamame salad:
1 cucumber, diced
1 firm avocado, diced
1 cup edamame beans, cooked
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar

Optional toppings: spring onions and extra sesame seeds

Marinate the chicken for 1 hour or overnight. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes. Make the cucumber edamame salad. Cook some rice or use microwave rice for convenience. Serve it all together and enjoy!

500g pork mince
1 tbs crushed ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small carrot, grated
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs mirin
Sprinkle salt and white pepper
Plus 1/2 cup water (to cook)

In a large bowl combine the mince and all other ingredients to make the dumpling mix. Heat a little sesame oil in a large pan and add the mince in small round ball shapes. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the wonton wrapper on top of each ball and press down firmly. Cover with a little more sesame oil and add the water. Cover with a lid and steam for ~10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with soy sauce, chilli oil, spring onions and sesame seeds.

Chicken shawarma:
6 chicken thighs
2-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dried coriander
2 tablespoons pickle juice (from the jar)
Sprinkle salt

Herby yoghurt sauce:
3 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
Handful chopped parsley
Handful chopped dill
1 tablespoon lemon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Chop salad:
1 large cucumber, finely chopped
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely diced
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbs lemon extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced and line a tray with baking paper. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Make the chop salad and
herby yoghurt sauce. Cook some rice or use microwave rice for convenience. Serve it all together and enjoy!

2 slices of your favourite bread (I used homemade focaccia)
2 tbs mustard mayo*
1 scotch fillet steak seasoned with salt, pepper + oregano and cooked to your liking
1/2 tomato, sliced
small handful rocket leaves dressed with balsamic vinegar
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese

*mustard mayo:
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp wholegrain mustard

Follow along with all of the steps and you have yourself a delicious steak sandwich. Enjoy!

I could literally live off these Greek bowls 🥗 they’re balanced, delicious and keep you feeling fuller for longer ✨ and you can whip them up in under 30 mins 📌 save them and thank me later x

Lamb and feta meatballs:
500g lamb
1/2 brown onion, finely diced
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup marinated feta
handful fresh dill, chopped
sprinkle salt and pepper

Tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 large cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of half a lemon
handful fresh dill, chopped

Greek salad:
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 red capsicum, chopped
1/2 cup olives (green/kalamata)
1 tbs lemon infused extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced and line a tray with baking paper. Oven bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Make the Greek salad and homemade tzatziki. Cook some rice or use microwave rice for convenience. Serve it all together and enjoy!

SAVE this m&m’s Christmas slice 🍫✨sweet, salty and buttery 🤤 this is heaven and I can’t wait to make it again. It’s perfect for girlsmas or your Christmas day plans🎅🏼

I based the recipe from recipe ❤️ these are the exact measurements I used below 👇🏼 I don’t weigh items so I used cup measurements instead. Thank me later, it’s a goodie! x

1 packet Scotch Finger biscuits
1/2 block salted butter (125g)
1/3 can condensed milk
1/2 cup m&m’s (I picked out the brown, red and green ones)
3/4 cup milk chocolate, melted
Sea salt on top

Mix the biscuits, butter, condensed milk and m&m’s. Top with melted chocolate and a good pinch of flakey sea salt. Place into a slice tin and set in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
