We started Therapy because we believe wellness shouldn’t come with a velvet rope. Luxury self-care shouldn’t be reserved for the few — it should be accessible to anyone who needs it, whenever they need it.

At our core, we’re about three things: community, connection, and care that’s actually backed by science. Every treatment, every session, every space we’ve built is designed with intention — blending evidence-based practice with the kind of warmth that makes you feel like you belong here.

Because real wellness isn’t just about what we do to your body. It’s about how you feel when you leave. Seen. Supported. A little more like yourself.

Most people know oxygen matters. almost no one has trained their body to use it better.

We opened our doors to the team at Jellis Craig North East to explore our beautiful space at Therapy.

Good people, good coffee, and two local businesses showing up for each other.

This is the kind of community we want to be part of and keep building.

Therapy has always been more than a neuro wellness centre. It is about the people and those around us, and pouring in those relationships.

Not just cold water.
