I was stabbed and strangled

2 days before my eye operation
Went in carems breast cancer charity walk in 15th February 2026

Just had a cataract operation on 17th February 2026 had to have 2 weeks off training
27/02/2026
2024 went in the carmens pink lady 5km run and raised money for breast cancer

Got cancer 11th November 2021
