ONLY THING I REGRET closing my brow salon to 6500 clients and re-opening as a Training Academy was not doing it sooner! 🤦‍♀️

I was struggling managing a huge salon with so many staff and I'd made a bad financial decision to employ a Salon Manager and that set me back so far financially!

I thought it would ease my workload, instead it ADDED to it.

That then had me even more stressed because I constantly had to check to see if things were done.

When I decided to close...the people I thought were friends fell out with me.

They were never my friends, no matter what I'd done for them. No matter that I'd personally only be taking home $0 - $600 a week to keep them in jobs.

No, the minute I decided to put myself first and my health. They fell out with me. I was just their boss and that taught me a huge lesson. One I'm very thankful for.

That no matter what you do for people, the minute you STOP doing it and stop being a people pleaser. They want nothing more to do with you.

So if you're in this position in your beauty business, working 24/7 and STILL not taking home a decent wage. Too scared to end contracts incase they fall out with you. Then stop.

YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR BUSINESS. End of story.

Without you. There would be NO business. And NO, you are not their friend but their boss. So act like it.

I learnt more about being a boss since I shut my salon than I did the last 8.5 years of being a boss!!

I regret dragging it out so long! I should've done what was best for me and me only.

My entire life changed, health wise and financially.

Since I closed my salon I went onto make over $2MILLION with training body sculpting.

Stop hiding behind an AI avatar and have the courage to show up as your authentic self. On my socials, I never have a pretty, perfect Instagram. I just show up as me, chaotic brain and all and being ME made me over six MILLION.
