💛 R U OK? Day — Checking In, Having a Chat & Keeping It Real!

Today the ORCA pod 🐋 had the pleasure of getting out and about, visiting Anytime Fitness Safety Bay and catching up with Luke from Warrior Clothing!

We had some awesome chats, plenty of laughs, and some really important conversations around mental health, checking in on people, opening up, and simply being there for one another. 🫶

Sometimes a “How are you going?” can turn into a much bigger conversation — and that conversation might be exactly what someone needs.

As a pod, we reckon looking out for each other is pretty important. Whether it’s a mate, a work colleague, a family member, or someone you haven’t spoken to in a while… reach out, check in and have the chat. 💙

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just listening is enough.

A massive thanks to Anytime Fitness Safety Bay and Luke from Warrior Clothing for the great yarns, good vibes and being part of the conversation! 🙌

So from the ORCA pod to yours…

🐋 Keep checking in. Keep talking. Keep looking out for each other.

And remember…

R U OK? 👀💛

💛 R U OK? Day — A simple question can make a real difference.

Today is a reminder to check in with the people around us — colleagues, friends, family, and anyone who may be doing it tough.

A genuine “Are you okay?” can open the door to a conversation, connection, and support.

Let’s create workplaces and communities where people feel comfortable speaking up, being heard, and knowing they’re not alone.

Ask the question. Listen without judgement. Stay connected.

This one's shaping up to be a big one!

Please get in touch with the planning team if you'd like to nominate yourself for this one.

Mother & Daughter on the Tools

How good is this!

Megan and Isabellah — mother and daughter, both riggers, and currently working side by side in the Pilbara with one of our valued crane clients.
This one is even better for us because it’s Isabellah’s first job with ORCA, and she’s absolutely smashing it. She’s settled into the crew, getting stuck in and doing a great job alongside Megan and the other members of the ORCA pod on site.

There’d have to be something pretty cool about heading off to work in the Pilbara with your mum and getting to work alongside each other doing the same trade. 💪

We love seeing our people doing well on site, and it’s even better when we get moments like this.

A big thanks to our client for continuing to support the ORCA crew and giving our people the opportunity to get out there and show what they can do.

Great work Megan & Isabellah — keep smashing it!

A great start to another week. Well done to you Trevor. 👏
