My Mum and I ensure every batch of tallow is rendered low and slow to keep in all the vitamins A, D, E & K which our skin LOVE! We use reverse osmosis water for the wet renders and then finish off with our dry render. Using our organic muslin cloth to strain it as well (we’re very pedantic about everything haha)
