Little win today! 🙌

Just had my doctor’s appointment, and I’ve officially had my work hours increased to 6 hours a day, 3 days a week. 🎉

It’s been a journey, but this feels like another big step in the right direction. Definitely heading towards recovery, one milestone at a time.

Feeling grateful and excited to keep moving forward. 💜

What an incredible day at the NAIDOC Opening Ceremony! ❤️🖤💛

We had an absolute ball at our stall and it was so good catching up with so many dardy mob. Seeing familiar faces, having a yarn, and meeting new people made the day even more special.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, had a chat, shared a laugh, and supported our small business. Every purchase means the world to us. We appreciate each and every one of you! 🫶

If you came and saw us today, drop a ❤️ in the comments!

If you are strapped for time like me today these bottle sauces are the go to
Packet rice makes it quick and easy
I had rice from last night
I used 2 sauce = $4
Rice = $1
Chicken = $7.70 used

700 grms at $11 a kilo

froze the rest for crumbed chicken sliced thin before I froze it
So $12.70 to feed 4 people
That is not even the price of one takeaway meal
It took me about 20 mins to be plated
Quick, cheap and easy for the days when you got too much else to do
