Subscribe, Subscribe-to-Own, or Own? Every Laseraid plan comes with the same clinical training, dedicated account manager, and online store access, so the choice comes down to how you'd rather pay and how much flexibility you want to keep.
Subscribe gives you a fixed weekly fee that covers your device, training, servicing, and repairs, with the option to swap or upgrade if your clinic's needs change. Subscribe-to-Own spreads the cost into weekly payments that build toward ownership, with servicing included throughout your term. Own means a single payment and a manufacturer's warranty, with service contracts available as an add-on.

Most clinic owners judge a device by its price, but the number that decides whether it was a good decision is utilisation, which is the share of available hours the device spends treating clients.
The calculation is simple enough to do this afternoon: take the hours the device was booked for treatment last month and divide them by the hours it was available. A device running at 20% costs you the same each week as one running at 60%, but only one of them is paying for its room.
Three things tend to move the number more than anything else. The first is whether the treatment sits on your menu in a way clients understand. The second is whether more than one person on your team is trained and confident to run it. The third is whether you've priced courses rather than single sessions, so clients rebook before they leave.
If you've never worked out your utilisation, pick one device and run the numbers for last month, because it's usually the most useful fifteen minutes a clinic owner spends all quarter.

A device only earns while it runs, and keeping it running is the part of the job most clinic owners never get to see. Swipe through a preventative maintenance visit with one of our service engineers, from checking that the protective windows are clean and ready for treatment, through energy calibration and performance testing, to capturing the device data and completing the test sheets before the covers go back on.
Every visit is documented and every reading is recorded, so your device goes back into the treatment room calibrated to manufacturer specification, your therapists are working with equipment they can trust, and your next client gets the result they booked for.
Our national engineering team keeps devices running across Australia and New Zealand, whoever made them. If you'd like to know what preventative maintenance looks like for your equipment, send us a DM or tap the link in our bio to request a service quote.

Downtime on a device is downtime on bookings, so the last thing you need is a slow quoting process on top of it.
Reach out to your account manager directly, they already know your device and your clinic, and you're not starting from scratch explaining your setup to someone new.
From there, subscription plans get an engineer dispatched within 48 hours.
The goal is to get you back to treating, not stuck waiting on paperwork.

"We'd love to add [treatment] but it's a whole process" is something we hear a lot, and it's usually not true.
Choose the device, sign the agreement, we handle delivery and installation, your team gets trained, then you start treating.
Most clinics go from enquiry to their first booking within a few weeks.

Signing up for a new device is a real decision, and we don't think you should have to be certain on day one.
That's why the first three months work differently. If the device isn't the right fit, seven days notice and it's returned.
No drawn-out process. It's built so the risk sits with us, not with your clinic.

Ownership sounds like the safe option until the newer model launches and your capital is already spent.
More clinics are subscribing to devices instead of buying them outright, keeping cash free for hiring, marketing, and fit-out, and swapping or upgrading as client demand shifts.
It's not about avoiding commitment. It's about not betting the business on one machine.

Ask ten clinic owners what their best-selling treatment is and they'll tell you instantly.
Ask them what their revenue per room per week is and most go quiet.
It's the number that actually tells you where to invest next, not just what's popular, but what's making the room work for its keep.
05/09/2026
Most clinics overestimate how many treatments it takes to make a device worth it. It's not twenty bookings a week. For most treatment types, it's one or two. After that, you're not covering a fee, you're generating revenue.
Talk to your Area Sales Manager about what the maths looks like for your specific device and pricing.

Join UK KOL Kate Monteith-Ross & Lisa Barrera to explore weight-loss impacts on skin & the NeoGen ANZ relaunch at our Online Webinar.
The aesthetic patient is changing, and so should your approach to treatment. With the rapid rise of weight-loss medications, more patients are presenting with skin laxity, compromised tissue quality, and accelerated ageing concerns. Treating volume alone is no longer enough.
This exclusive Online Laseraid event is designed for nurse injectors, doctors, dermal clinicians, beauty therapists and business owners, who want to better understand these changes and confidently expand their treatment offerings to address skin quality.
