Every service I offer is grounded in ritual — from precision cuts and beard work, to colour and scalp treatments, head massage and hot towel experiences. There’s no rushing here. No conveyor belt energy. Just intention, care, and presence.

With over 14 years in the hair industry, combined with my background in trauma-informed youth care, yoga and meditation, this space has been built to offer more than just a haircut. It’s about helping you come back to yourself — even if it’s just for a moment in your day.

2.0.2.5 - was not gentle—but it was honest.
A year shaped by family, discipline, and sacrifice.
Extreme working conditions took a toll on my physical and mental health, demanding more than I had to give.
Yet from that pressure came clarity.
I ended the year rebuilding—reconnecting to what matters in my business/career and returning to the practices that ground me:
movement, meditation, and listening inward.
This year didn’t break me—it refined me.
