Hadnt realised the difference until I looked through these photos!!!

Colour correction - this lovely human had her hair coloured at another salon and it was just too dark for her so I went in with L’Oréal Efassor to remove some of the built up pigment. Then cooled down the warmer tones with a semi colour refresher….

Hi everyone, I thought I should introduce myself again…

My names Stevi and I’ve been a hairdresser for 23 years, I was one of the lucky ones who knew what I wanted to do from a very young age!!

I started off my career as an apprentice for a high end boutique salon called ‘Surrender Dorothy’ being trained by an English Toni & Guy art director. I still to this day am so grateful for this opportunity, training and knowledge I gained.

Over the years I have done work educating other hairdressers at seminars, small classes and in salon training. I have worked with well known brands including GHD, Kevin Murphy, L’Oréal, Wella etc.

I then had my 2 older children Georgia & Braith who I always tried my best to juggle my career and being a mum which hasn’t always been easy.

While being a single mum, I started work for Toni & Guy and even though I had been trained in the foundations already, I had to do a refresher course in Sydney for a month which I believe has contributed to my strong knowledge in cutting skills.
Toni & Guy were always known for their staff being trained as either a stylist or a colourist and I spent 1 year only cutting, until I became one of their first to be dual trained in both (even though I had coloured 15 years prior) I was given stronger knowledge and skills, given further training in Sydney.

FAST FORWARD - with my current partner of 8 years, we now have a terrorist toddler named Ziggy and we decided that it would be best for our family if I had a studio and worked from home so I could still support the now teenagers, toddler and our other company.

If you have made it this far lol, I now offer services to every age. I pride myself on sitting down and listening and discussing in-depth what my clients want to achieve and what will suit them and their lifestyles.
I also love colour corrections and making women with short hairstyles feel feminine…which I think on the Sunshine Coast is hard to find because a lot of the demograph is long hair….
