You already know that I am obsessed with the QSB GF english muffins and have one almost every morning when I’m not traveling! I am so excited that you can buy them fresh from the bread aisle in Target now.
I was honestly very impressed with the grocery stores in iceland!
I filmed this at a Netto and there were so many GF products! We got pasta to make that night and a lot of other snacks as well. The other grocery stores we went to are listed below:

100% gluten free Chinese food 🥡
I found a 100% dedicated gluten free Chinese restaurant in Lowell, MA and it might be the best GF day trip find of the year.
📍 every single item on the menu is safe, no cross-contamination worries. The crab rangoon is the best I’ve ever had, gluten free or not.
📍 100% GF restaurant and cafe with amazing matcha lattes and food

Gluten Free Hanoi and Ninh Bihn 🇻🇳🇻🇳
We had such a great trip filled with so many actives! We did a cooking class, walked the busy streets packed with motorbikes, hiked, and cruised along the river boar tour. Plus we ate SO much food: gluten free pho, spring rolls, banh mi, fried rice, and even pizza.
Comment “Hanoi” and I’ll send you the video with all of the details!
Eating gluten free and seeing animals? 🇰🇪🦁🐘
Yes please!
We booked our safari through and we went to Kenya and Tanzania. During my introduction call for the trip, they asked about dietary restrictions and came up with a plan. At each lodge and hotel, I spoke to the manager and chef about celiac and what the plan would be for the time I spent there. I felt so taken care of and they even packed me gluten free breakfast and lunch to eat out in the bush. It was such an incredible trip and I can’t wait to go on another safari soon!
As always, this is my personal experience and you always need to advocate for yourself when you’re traveling.
