Hi! ☺ I’m Lisa and I understand how busy peoples lives are and that’s why I’ve created BusyBods. My goal as a 46 year old woman with two children is to show people how easy it can be to be fit and healthy. I believe that most people want to be fit and healthy but either don’t know where to start or believe it’s going to be too difficult. I want to show people how easy it is to eat healthy, without
spending too much time in the kitchen and without breaking the bank. With a combination of healthy eating and some resistance training anyone can look and feel good. If you learn how to cook and prepare in bulk, eating well becomes effortless. Yes it does take some organisation and preparation time but so does driving up to the the local take away store. Trust me it’s faster to reheat your premade meal than to go through the Macca’s drive through. In time you will learn to be well organised and it will become a breeze! I also believe eating well is more sustainable if you can include some of your favourite treats, the key is to not over indulge. After all you want to be able to enjoy some of lifes pleasures without feeling guilty. There are endless benefits of good health and fitness and it’s never too late to begin!
