✨ Three years of Kate Wellness… and what a beautiful way to celebrate.

This year, instead of a traditional celebration, we chose to come together to learn, connect and inspire one another.

We were reminded that:
💚 We can move our body anywhere.
🧠 Awareness is the first step to understanding our emotions.
🌬️ Our breath is a powerful tool to calm the mind.
🤍 The most important person in your life is you.
🥦 Whole foods from nature nourish our body and help support long-term health.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible guest speakers, everyone who attended, and everyone who donated winter essentials to support Sydney Food Share.

10 Postpartum Sessions Later ✨

Every postpartum journey is different, but with consistency, the body can gradually recover and feel more supported again.

These results were achieved after 10 postpartum lymphatic drainage sessions, focusing on reducing fluid retention, supporting circulation, improving body awareness, and helping the body through the recovery process.

✨ 3 Years of Kate Wellness ✨

Three years ago today, I opened the doors of Kate Wellness with a dream of helping women feel healthier, more confident, and supported in their wellbeing journey.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many incredible women, witnessing amazing transformations, and building a community that means so much to me.

Thank you to every client who has trusted me, recommended me to a friend, left a review, attended an event, or simply supported my small business along the way. None of this would be possible without you. 💚

I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and I’m excited for everything that’s still to come.

And the celebration isn’t over yet! 🎉 In exactly 2 weeks, we’ll be celebrating Kate Wellness’ 3rd Anniversary together at our Wellness Event on 1st July at 5 PM. If you haven’t registered yet, we’d love to have you join us.

💜 June is Lipoedema Awareness Month

Lipoedema is a chronic condition that affects millions of women, yet many go undiagnosed for years.

It’s often mistaken for weight gain or obesity, but lipoedema is much more than that. Common signs can include:
• Disproportionately larger legs or arms
• Painful or tender fat tissue
• Easy bruising
• Swelling and heaviness
• Difficulty losing fat in affected areas despite healthy eating and exercise

While there is currently no cure, early diagnosis and appropriate management can help improve quality of life.

At Kate Wellness, lymphatic drainage may help reduce swelling, heaviness, and discomfort associated with lipoedema, supporting overall wellbeing.

It might be time to start reading the ingredient labels, not just the nutrition panel.

Some products that commonly contain ingredients that may contribute to bloating and inflammation in sensitive individuals include:

🧂 Stock cubes and seasoning powders
🥫 Ready-made sauces and dressings
🥤 Protein powders
🍫 Protein bars
🥛 “Low-fat” and “low-sugar” products

Look out for:
❌ Excess sodium
❌ Artificial sweeteners
❌ Sugar alcohols (xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol)
❌ Artificial flavours and preservatives
❌ Gums and thickeners
❌ Long ingredient lists full of ingredients you don’t recognise
