A Little Reminder About Cancellations 🤍
I completely understand that life gets busy! Kids get sick, unexpected things happen, and sometimes plans need to change. I will always be understanding of genuine circumstances that are out of your control.
However, there are times when appointments are cancelled simply because something else has come up, there’s been a clash with another commitment, or someone has just changed their mind.
As a small business owner, I kindly ask that you remember that when you don’t attend your appointment, the impact on my business doesn’t simply disappear.
That time has been reserved especially for you, and often I’ve had to turn away other clients who would have loved that appointment.
My cancellation policy is in place for a reason, and while I never enjoy charging cancellation fees, they do apply when the required notice hasn’t been given.
A few little things I kindly ask:
🤍 Pop your appointment straight into your calendar.
🤍 Double-check that it doesn’t clash with other commitments.
🤍 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
I say all of this with kindness and respect. I genuinely appreciate every single person who supports my little business, and I absolutely understand that life happens.
But please remember, my time is just as valuable as yours. 🤍
