💕 IMPORTANT REMINDER – CANCELLATION POLICY 💕

I just wanted to put a little reminder out there regarding cancellations and appointments at Beauty by Charlie Rose. 💅🏼✨
As a small business, my time is valuable, and every appointment is time set aside especially for you. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and life doesn’t always go to plan! However, last-minute cancellations can be difficult, as it often means I’m unable to fill that appointment with another client.
🩷 MY CANCELLATION POLICY 🩷
✨ A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
✨ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment price.
✨ No-shows will also be subject to the cancellation fee.
