WE’RE HIRING — GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging visual content for our Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics brands.

💼 Position
Graphic Designer
Work Location: Office-based
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: Full-time
Industry: Beauty & Cosmetics

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns
• Design Facebook/Instagram posts, stories, banners, ads, promotional creatives, and e-commerce visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Work on product-focused creatives for skincare, makeup, and beauty products
• Create campaign key visuals and adapt them into different formats and sizes
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print requirements when needed

🔹 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Composition, Layout & Visual Hierarchy
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• Ability to understand a creative brief and turn ideas into effective visual communication
• Good understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives
• Ability to work independently as well as within a creative team
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools

⭐ Additional Advantages
• Experience working with Skincare, Makeup, Cosmetics, Fashion, or Beauty brands will be a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics / Animation will be an added benefit
• Experience with Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro will be preferred
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools and generative AI will be an advantage
• Experience in product photography, photo editing, or retouching will be a plus
