আজ ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২৬,
বাংলাদেশের মানুষের জন্য গর্ব ও আবেগের একটি দিন। ১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে আমাদের সাহসী ভাষা শহীদরা বাংলা ভাষার মর্যাদা রক্ষার জন্য জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছিলেন। পরবর্তীতে ১৯৯৯ সালে, ইউনেস্কো এই দিনটিকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়, বিশ্বব্যাপী ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্যের সম্মান জানাতে।
ভাষা আমাদের পরিচয়, সংস্কৃতি ও আত্মার অংশ। এই বিশেষ দিনে আমরা গভীর শ্রদ্ধার সাথে শহীদদের স্মরণ করি এবং আমাদের মাতৃভাষাকে ভালোবাসা ও সংরক্ষণের অঙ্গীকার করি।

Today is February 21, 2026, which is a proud and emotional day for the people of Bangladesh. On this day in 1952, our brave language martyrs sacrificed their lives to protect the Bangla language. Later in 1999, UNESCO recognised this day as International Mother Language Day, honouring linguistic diversity around the world.
Language is our identity, culture, and soul. On this special day, we remember the martyrs with deep respect and renew our promise to love and preserve our mother tongue.
