🍂 Make your own Pumpkin Spice Honey Tea 🍯

Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice bring the comforting flavours of fall to a warm cup—with a little honey for sweetness.

This simple, caffeine-free drink contributes to your daily fluid intake, lets you choose your level of sweetness, and makes a lovely addition to a quiet morning or evening routine.🤎

First, make your pumpkin spice honey blend:

• ½ cup honey—local if available
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves
• ½ teaspoon ground allspice

Mix the honey and spices in a bowl until evenly combined, then transfer to a clean, dry jar.

To make your warm drink:

Stir 1–2 teaspoons of the blend into a cup of hot water. Start with a little and adjust to your taste. Stir occasionally as you sip, since the ground spices naturally settle.

No actual pumpkin is needed—“pumpkin spice” refers to this familiar blend of warming spices!

Save this recipe and share it with someone who would enjoy a cozy cup. 🍂
