try using a Mary Kay primer on your eyelids before applying eye colours, and liners, and see what a difference it makes,goes on smoother, stays on longer.
bonus tip today:
when using an eyeliner, don't worry about a perfect line, stay close to the base of the eye lashes. simply smudge into the lash with a cotton swab makeup brush or finger for a natural finish!
