Facial reflexology works with corresponding reflexes throughout the face and is included with all of the facial modalities offered. It is literally what sets the facials apart from others, offering an “inside and out” experience.

Your treatment becomes a quiet ritual of restoration — warm towels, soothing scalp massage, gentle intentional touch and soft music creating space for the body and mind to soften you even more. A lift and glow through and through.

While some of my clients love to chat, and I truly enjoy our visits, I also want you to know that silence never needs to be filled.
Soft music, gentle lighting, calming space and treatments are all intentionally designed to give you permission to slow down, let go and simply be.
There’s no need to talk, entertain or think about what comes next. Just settle in and allow yourself to relax and restore — on every level.
And if you happen to fall asleep… or even snore a little… we accept that as the very best compliment. 😉

Sometimes the best way to end a long day is to simply slow down.

Peppermint tea, candlelight, a fuzzy blanket and a quiet moment to breathe.

After a long and rewarding, (maybe a little challenging) week of reflexology, I’m taking a little time to rest, recharge and appreciate the week that was.

Self-care doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s just creating a little space to be still, and of course be grateful for the very best clients.
