What a full face approach looks like 🤝🏼
For this client, we looked at all of her features as one, and how they worked together.
What we did 👇🏼
• Neuromodulator to the upper + lower face to soften the muscles contributing to downward pull, lines, and heaviness around the brows and lids
• Filler through the cheeks, lower face & jaw to restore subtle support and definition
• Consistent skincare to support the overall quality and appearance of her skin
We were looking to restore balance, soften heaviness, and support the areas that needed it, and we made that happen with this full face approach.

Save this for later! 🤍 I know there’s a lot of info here, but it’s worth the read if you’re thinking about adding retinol to your routine.
Retinol can be an amazing addition to your skincare routine, but more isn’t always better.
✨ Consistency over intensity. Start 1–2 nights per week and gradually work your way up.
✨ Don’t push irritation. A little dryness or flaking can happen while your skin adjusts, but burning, significant redness or ongoing irritation is a sign to pause.
✨ Protect your progress. Daily SPF is non-negotiable when using retinoids.
And remember: retinol and retinoids aren’t the same thing. They’re both vitamin A derivatives, but differ in strength and how they work. More potent doesn’t automatically mean better. The right option is the one your skin can tolerate consistently.
Not sure where to start? A skin consultation can help you figure out what’s actually right for your skin.

This post isn’t meant to create fear around neuromodulators. It’s meant to encourage you to find a provider you trust wholeheartedly.
Because Botox (and all other brands) IS a drug. And that’s the plain and simple explanation of it.
Would you trust yourself to administer a drug without training? Would you ask a friend with no experience to poke you with a needle? The answer is, hopefully (😅), no.
So when it comes to your treatments, the most important question to ask yourself is:
“Do I trust this injector knows what they’re doing.”
If you’re unsure, that’s where research and discernment come in.
Ask questions. Look into their training and experience. Make sure you feel comfortable with the person you’re trusting with your face.
The goal isn’t to be afraid of neuromodulators, but to be informed about who you’re choosing to administer it.

My client came in thinking she needed fat-dissolving injections for her “double chin.”
She wasn’t happy with her side profile and felt like her jawline looked short and heavy, but after a thorough assessment, it became clear that this wasn’t really about excess fullness. It was about proportion.
👉🏼 What we noticed:
• Slightly recessed chin
• Subtle volume loss through the lips
• Lips + chin sitting further back
• Nose appearing more projected
• Jawline appearing shortened
So rather than treating one area, we looked at how her features worked together.
With subtle support to the chin & lips, we were able to create more balance, elongate the appearance of her jawline, and bring her profile into better harmony.
🫶🏼 The message I got afterwards just solidified the decision to follow this route:
“I’ve received SO many compliments… and when I tell them what I had done, they’re blown away. They say they wouldn’t have known.”
Facial balancing > chasing a single concern. Every time.
