Since carrying a full extension inventory at both locations, it’s been so much fun seeing which colours are becoming client favourites, watching clients “try on” different shades and lengths, and seeing our stylists enjoy the ability to colour match extensions during their clients’ appointments.

No more ordering hair and hoping the colour is the right match for clients who want same-day installs after their colour service. It’s soooooo much easier for you…. And us 😮‍💨

The 20 gram packs have honestly been one of my favourite parts. They allow me to mix and match so many different colours together, it gives us a level of customization that just wasn’t possible when we were limited to 50 gram packs.

It’s been such a fun journey bringing extensions in-house and creating a smoother, more personalized experience for our clients from start to finish!

MEET NICOLE!

She has had a love for hair, makeup, and all things beauty for as long as she can remember.

Before pursuing a career in hair, she attended business school for accounting, but it didn’t take long for her to realize it wasn’t the right path. Following her passion turned out to be the best decision she ever made, and she’s incredibly grateful to wake up every day doing what she loves.

For her, the most rewarding part of the industry is meeting new people, creating confidence, and getting to be a small part of someone’s life in such a meaningful way.

Outside of the salon, she’s a coffee lover, a big foodie, and someone who loves shopping, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and trying new things. One of the craziest — and best experiences she’s ever had was skydiving. She was terrified, but would do it again in a heartbeat!
