It is an annual event held in downtown Lethbridge at various trendy locations. The weekend consists of one large Fashion Show, a Designer Sale, retail sales and events across the city. LFW features the work of local designers, models, hair and make-up artists, photographers, DJ’s, artists, stylish new venues and local businesses. “I’ve been very inspired by the jewelry and silhouettes from certain time periods, specifically the 15th century during the late medieval era.
It’s interesting to me how fashion changes in cycles, and how those cycles repeat over time, but even through repetition, creativity allows people to build on past and present ideas to make something new.
With this collection, I wanted to experiment by merging elements of medieval clothing and accessories with my own personal designs and silhouettes.”

“I have been heavily influenced by my recent trip to Europe…and while at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam I obsessed over a floral bouquet painting on a black background by Jan Davidsz. de Heem. The vivid colours and wild energy, paired with the delicate petals and pretty flowers, all anchored on a black background, just held my gaze!
After visiting several castles, particularly Fredericksburg Castle outside Copenhagen, I couldn’t help but feel the decadence calling.
This collection is a celebration of girlhood, feminism and the female body. The vibes are flirty, indulgent and sensual. Dressing for yourself and for the girls.”

“Red is the foundation on which I created the new line. It is such a versatile color that it could nearly qualify as neutral, if it weren’t so powerful.
The color red draws the eye and symbolizes the contrasting emotions of love, anger, passion and aggression, excitement and alert. Red is a dominant color on the Canadian flag, which makes for an appropriate tribute to my first business trip back to Canada since immigrating to the states. A country that represents to me, my home and the place I left, mirroring the contrasting emotions the color represents.
The main reason I was drawn to red was the variety of colors it pairs well with, from a cobalt blue to a peony pink.
Red shows us balance in dichotomy. It stands firmly in both tradition and modern color pairings and represents both love and anger. A friendly reminder that two contrasts can be true at the same time.
In this line you will see plenty of cranberry red piping and eyelet textures in colors reflective of the Alberta prairies. There are solid denims, plaid denims and two tone denim combinations, a nod to my ever-favorite Canadian Tuxedo. We have traditional red pairings with white eyelet and denims, as well as modern pairings with sea foam green and peony pink.
Grounded in the tradition of couture high fashion, I am proud to bring you this Functional Fit line of shirts and jackets inspired by the powerful color red and my home and native land.

Two major themes in the fashion industry right now are sustainability and the influence of western fashion. I love to see this, it plays into my hand and the brand I have spent a decade building. But more so when people place importance on sustainable fashion and appreciate the western way of life, I appreciate that!”

“Revenant, Volume II explores the resentment that follows grief. Building on the foundation of Volume I, the collection shifts toward sharper silhouettes, aggressive compression, and a more confrontational energy. Molded leather, distressed knits, waxed surfaces, and liquid finishes move between restraint and exposure, reflecting the tension between protection and vulnerability. Influenced by industrial minimalism, underground nightlife, and fe**sh detailing, Revenant, Volume II transforms emotional fallout into confrontation, creating silhouettes that feel less like protection and more like retaliation.“

“This collection is all about PLAY - taking risks, playing with colors, unexpected layering, and finding joy in your own style - that is what I am hoping you will find.
I have been inspired by bold prints from the ‘60s, street fashion, and my love for everything vintage. Every body is beautiful 🩷
Here’s to Round 2 at LFW!”
