Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, skin, organs, and lymphatic system. Think of it as a web beneath the skin that helps maintain structure, movement, and circulation.

As a wellness expert and medical aesthetician, I know acne is more than skin deep. I see it every day in my studio — clients overwhelmed by social media promises of “quick fixes” and unrealistic expectations.

This what it feels to have European Lymphatic Drainage, but this has been elevated with my own Signature technique which is the Ive technique.
I work on decreasing cortisol through relaxing breath work, opening the lymph nodes, dry brushing, followed by my magic boosting oil and soft relaxing techniques.
Why this works? The lymphatic system is located on the surface of the skin and not beneath the muscle, this is why we work with the body and not against the body.
