I would love to open a discussion for my regenerative visionnaries, animistic weavers. What is your relationship to the land, the people, the community and the bioculture of the medicine you share with the world.

This is a message for all of us to refine each other, take accountability, be responsible and walk in integrity with what we wish to leave behind as future ancestors 🤎

Whatever we choose to nurture—whether a seed in the soil, a dream in our heart, a relationship, or a vision for a more beautiful world—life asks for our presence. Not perfection, not certainty, but our wholehearted participation. Step by step, with patience and devotion, we begin to remember that we are not separate from the living web around us. The same infinite intelligence that shaped the forests, rivers, and stars moves through us too. When we offer ourselves fully, we are met by grace.

“Whatever your focus,
Give your whole being.
Gradually, step by step,
The infinity from which you both have emerged
Will encompass you with blessing.”

This comes from one of the 112 yuktis, or yoga meditations of the Vijnana Bhairava Ta**ra — ancient text offering simple meditations to embody in our daily lives to reenchant our existence with truth and presence. The most ordinary becomes extraordinary.

This year, we partnered with to offer you ancestral cacao that both heal the Earth and your hearts.

Every cup of cacao carries a story of the people, lands, traditions, and relationships that made it possible.

At Heart to Earth, we work alongside Indigenous farmers, wisdom keepers, and Earth stewards to preserve ancestral ways of cultivating and transforming cacao. Our cacao is traditionally fermented, peeled by hand, and roasted over fire in biodiverse landscapes where culture and ecology are deeply intertwined.

In a world moving increasingly toward convenience, we believe there is value in slowing down and honoring the wisdom that has sustained communities and ecosystems for generations.

For the Maya, cacao has long been revered as a sacred plant ally—a bridge to ceremony, remembrance, community, and the heart.

We are honored to share this cacao with the Oh Shala community in the UK and grateful for every person who chooses to support a future rooted in reciprocity, cultural preservation, and regeneration.

May this cacao bring you closer to yourself, to one another, and to the Earth. 🤎🌎

Thank you for inviting us for this gathering 🌿✨🌸

Every month we gather in kinship. We reweave ourselves in the tapestry of existence. And remember our sovereign place on Earth. We are reminded that awakening is collective as much as individual, and that we don't have to walk this path alone. We go beyond transactional relationship, and dive deeper into the intimate space of our hearts where our spirit resides, and share the gifts of our beings from that place.

Multidimensional being — cacao represents stories, traditions, lineages, food, medicine — but we also like to share her as the mystical being she is — originating from a very important myth of the Maya that don't only tells a story, but retraces us right back to our origin and the nature of existence — where death and life exist in interrelationship, allowing a process of alchemy to transform us from within. Remembrance is this path of recognizing the divine presence we are made of and allowing this origin to transform our lives.

Cacao is steered from the movement of 4 elements woven into the nature of her elixir. This medicine carries the wisdom of ancestors who knew how to transform darkness into light and offer this service to life. And the result of that : the best medicine in the world, opening our hearts back to love, community, peace.

It brings us to reflect deeper: what are the special gifts I have received from moving through the fire of life, and let the burn transform?

WHO’S LOOKING FOR A BITTER MEDICINE THAT HEALS THE HEART?

From a sweet fruit to a bitter medicine that heals heart, mind and spirit, cacao is still at the chore identity and culture of the people of Guatemaya. Transformed in an alchemical process moving through traditional fermentation, sun-drying, and fire-roasted on the comal, peeled with reverence and grinded with care, Heart to Earth supports the regeneration of our connection to Earth through biocultural heritage preservation.

Cacao has many properties that help the awakening of our conscious awareness of our interconnectivity. As a symbiotic tree that grows in biodiverse lands where the songs of the ancestors are still woven into the very fabric of the communities, cacao remembers through us. Uplifting, joyful, compassionate medicine, she opens the door for us to transform our hearts and heal at our chore. Cacao is a bitter medicine with a sweetness that speak the language of love.

Funny time at the farm with our cacao stewards, hope the laughters we had filming this, will fill your hearts and inspire you to DRINK A CACAO, PLAY, and BE JOYFUL.
