When the boss sees the team huddled together and thinks, “Wow, look at them bonding.” 🥹

Meanwhile, we’re just watching funny videos and making each other laugh instead of being productive. 😂

But honestly … if that’s not team bonding, we don’t know what is. A team that laughs together, stays together. 🤍

When your client is also your friend, the massage appointment quickly turns into a full catch-up session. 😂

One minute you’re talking about how her body has been feeling and the next, you’re three stories deep, discussing everything that has happened since her last appointment.

Because catching up with your RMT bestie is fun, but so is closing your eyes, turning your brain off and actually enjoying your massage.

Don’t worry, we’ll finish the conversation after the treatment!

When your massage therapist says, “I’ll be back in one minute”, just know that one minute is about to be the most productive minute of their entire day. 😂

Where it hurts isn’t always where the problem is. 👀

That neck or upper back pain you’ve been feeling? The cause could actually be coming from somewhere else, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk.

That’s why your appointment at Elevate is more than just working on the spot that hurts. We ask questions, assess what’s going on and create a treatment approach based on your body, your pain and your everyday routine.

And we don’t stop when your appointment ends. We’ll give you home care tips to help maintain your results and manage discomfort between treatments.

The goal? Help you feel better for longer.

When your client cancels at the last minute, but the room is ready, the table warmer is on and your hands were already mentally prepared for the next 60 minutes.

So naturally … we continue with the treatment. The pressure is perfect, the knots are disappearing and our invisible client says this is the best massage they’ve ever had. 👻

All jokes aside, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave an appointment that someone else may have been waiting for. If you can’t make your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another client. 🤍

How often should you actually be getting a massage? The answer: it depends on what your body needs.  👀

If you’re working through an injury or specific area of concern, your RMT may recommend shorter, more frequent treatments for a period of time. Once you’re feeling better, appointments can often be spaced out into more of a maintenance routine.

And we know cost matters. At Elevate, we can help you create a treatment plan that considers your needs, your budget and your benefits, including alternating between different treatment lengths or price points.

The goal isn’t to have you coming in constantly. It’s to find a schedule that makes sense for you. 🤍

Have questions about where to start? Give us a call, send us an email or ask your RMT at your next appointment.

If you’re nervous about coming in for a massage, just know, this is the team waiting for you. 😂

We may take your treatment seriously, but we definitely don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, welcomed and completely at ease from the moment you walk through the door.
Come as you are, you’re in good hands. 🤍
