You may think your service ends the moment you walk out the studio door.
But at Faces By Fair, that’s only the first half...here’s what we do AFTER you leave:
📁 Update your beauty file: Immediately after you leave, I record every technical detail—what we did, the specific products used, and I upload any photos we took to your personal file for reference. The next time you come in, there isn’t any guessing and I can ensure you get consistent results every time, with the option to tweak anything in the future if your style preferences change or you want to try something new!
💌 Send you aftercare instructions: We go over aftercare at the end of your appointment, but we understand you may be too busy admiring your lash/brow/makeup results (hehe) in the mirror to remember everything. If it’s your first time with us, you’ll receive an email with aftercare instructions so you always have them available to refer to.
💭 Check-in on your results: If it’s your first time with us, we’ll check in with you a few days after your appointment to see how you’re feeling about the results now that they are settling into your daily routine. We love hearing how much ease and confidence your treatments are giving you!
Our goal isn’t just making you happy in our studio, we want to ensure you’re truly loving the results after 🫶🏼
