•For the body, we work the WHOLE body (minus face) from the shoulder down, front and back
•If you have active acne, skip the facial
•If you have open wounds or skin conditions that are flaring up, skip until it’s healed/calmed down
•This is like a detox treatment, you can feel sick and/or break out, if your body needs to detox, it will!
•Hydrating properly before and after will be your best friend
•We recommend no heavy lifting the next 72HRS after your treatment, light workouts are fine
•You may #1 or #2 🚽 really good the next 72HRS after
•If you’ve never done (or haven’t in a while) a detox, a cleanse, and in general haven’t had the best diet or habits (smoking, junk eating, drinking etc), you may feel the heavier side effects: fatigue, headaches, fever, body aches, sweats.
