Eva is a former triathlon competitor and a mother of two who understands the importance of incorporating an active lifestyle and proper nutrition to improve energy levels and promote overall wellness. Eva empowers her clients through education, private consultations, hands-on cooking classes as well as local retreats where she teaches them one morsel at a time, how they can navigate their own journey to everyday, insightful health!
