Our goal is to draw awareness to the importance of food and to respect it as the source of our working bodies. The sauce in our veins. To celebrate conscious eaters, those who reflect inwardly and take care of the their bodies as well acknowledge their environment and where their food comes from. La Rivolta is a revolt. A revolt against plastic dinners and poor food choices. We are revolting against the common disregard for the body.
