Good afternoon,
I tried to write a message through your feedback form but it may not reach you. My order ( #475) was submitted on line on Jan 29th from Kenora, Ontario. It was acknowledged, processed and delivered on February 5th - at a lower shipping charge than I’ve paid for any item in Canada. It was a very small order since my self-care expenditure is limited. (I’m presently helping to support a critically ill daughter.)
I’m familiar with a few of your products from the past (when I purchased them through a salon) and they were consistently refreshing and qualitative. I will definitely reorder after your kind and generous gesture. Not only did you extend a thank you discount of 20% on my next order, you included a container of your moisture cream. Thank you so much!
If I had an outlet for distribution, I would definitely carry your line of products.
