Today's workplaces need to do more than accommodate people, they need to inspire them.
At Maxxit, we help organizations create workplace environments that balance collaboration, focus, and flexibility through ceiling and wall solutions that enhance acoustic comfort, express brand identity, and adapt alongside evolving business needs.
From feature ceilings and custom finishes to integrated systems that simplify access to building infrastructure, our solutions are designed to support both the employee experience and long-term workplace performance.
A great example is the recently completed 400 Atlantic office renovation in collaboration with Gensler and A.P. Construction. Designed as a destination for work, connection, and community, the 25,000 sq. ft. workplace transforms a previously industrial space into a warm, sophisticated environment that seamlessly blends functionality with elevated design.
As workplace expectations continue to evolve, thoughtful ceiling design plays an important role in shaping spaces that are adaptable, engaging, and built to last.
Nature has always been one of the most powerful influences in design.
Studies continue to show that environments inspired by natural forms can reduce stress, improve well-being, and create more engaging spaces. Yet biophilic design often focuses on materials, plants, and daylight, while one of the largest surfaces in a space remains overlooked.
Inspired by the movement of water, we're developing a new ceiling system that transforms the overhead plane into an immersive architectural experience. The flowing Water Ripple Panels evoke the calming patterns found in nature while offering options for acoustic performance through perforation and dramatic visual effects through integrated backlighting.
More than a ceiling. A connection to nature.

Featured in Office Snapshots, this Montreal headquarters reimagines the workplace with a light-filled environment that blends open and enclosed spaces, thoughtful material selections that reflect the client's culture, and an inviting experience for employees.
Designed by Lemay, Maxxit is proud to contribute to the project with our custom AERO:Form Cube Open Cell ceiling system. Working closely with the design team, we delivered a precisely matched burgundy finish that became a defining architectural feature of the space. Paired with integrated circular lighting, the ceiling adds depth, warmth, and visual character while complementing the natural wood tones and biophilic elements throughout the interior.
Some innovations follow trends. Others start them.
Years before Water Ripple Ceilings began attracting attention across the industry, Maxxit introduced the design as a new way to bring movement, light, and nature-inspired aesthetics into interior spaces.
Now we're taking that original innovation even further.
Coming soon: the next evolution of our Water Ripple ceiling Panels, featuring new acoustic and backlit options that combine visual impact with high-performance functionality.
Inspired by the calming patterns of water, the highly reflective surface captures and transforms light throughout the day, creating a dynamic sense of movement overhead. The result is a ceiling that supports biophilic design principles while delivering an unforgettable architectural experience.
Acoustic perforation options help manage sound where it's needed. Integrated backlighting adds depth, dimension, and a completely new way to experience the design.

A glimpse into an education project currently taking shape, where our PANEL:Form Design Perforated Wall Panels are being installed throughout the open hall space.
Finished in a custom white powdercoated finish, these panels do more than create a clean architectural aesthetic. With integrated acoustic felt backing, they help absorb sound and support daily campus activity.
A unique design feature of this installation is the seamless integration of a horizontal wall-mounted light fixture that runs directly through the panel system, creating a continuous visual element across the space.
Proud to be collaborating with Smith Brothers' Contracting Corp. and Diamond Schmitt on this project.
