Repost from Dr. Fanoush in MTL. Although it is said results take 1 year to fully show, this does have a lot to do with your own anatomy. If a patient has thicker skin the swelling can take much longer than just 1 year. That being said - never rush into get a revision too quickly.

Beware of the risks with the currently popular “Fairy” or “Barbie” as not everyone’s anatomy will work well with it.

As Dr. Fanoush said: If the nose looks too good very early post op, this might not be a good sign for the future aging rhinoplasty.
