Forward Stretch & Back Extension
Step: Place your hands on your knees.
Inhale: Sit tall.
Exhale: Bend forward slowly, sliding your hands down your thighs until you feel a gentle stretch through your lower and middle back.
Let your head and neck relax.
Inhale: With hands still on your knees, lift your chest and look toward the ceiling, arching your back slightly and drawing your shoulders down.
Feel your back gently pull away from the chair for a deeper stretch.
Repeat this forward and backward movement 3–4 times, matching it with your breath.
Safety Tip: Keep the motion gentle — don’t overarch or hunch too deeply.
After you finish:
Roll your shoulders back a few times.
Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Notice how your back feels lighter and more relaxed.
