✨ When you meet me… ✨

Eventually, we’re probably going to talk about more than the reason you originally booked. 😂

We might talk about your muscles, your nervous system, your energy, your boundaries, your stress, your sleep, your movement, your intuition… and somehow it will all connect.

I’ll remind you that rest counts.
That your body is communicating with you.
That boundaries are allowed.
That healing isn’t always linear.
And that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be earned.

I might ask you a question that makes you go, “…well damn.” 😂

I might encourage you to move differently, breathe differently, rest more, listen inward, or look at something from an entirely different perspective.

And then there will be appointments where we barely talk at all.

There will be times when silence is exactly what you need in that moment. No explaining. No processing out loud. No pressure to fill the space.

Just quiet. Rest. Breath. Presence.

And know that even in that silence, healing is happening. 🤍
