Passionate about everything I do!
My first BEAUTICK Fashion Week changed more than my career - it changed my perspective.
Three years ago I walked backstage not knowing exactly what to expect. I was excited, nervous, and wondering if I belonged. Looking back now , saying “YES” to that opportunity was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working Fashion Weeks around the world, learning from incredibly talented artists, creating lifelong friendships, and growing in ways I never imagined.
The biggest lesson? Growth happens when you’re willing to step out of your comfort zone.
If you’ve ever dreamed of working backstage, expanding your skills, or surrounding yourself with artists who inspire you, don’t let fear convince you that you’re not ready.
Sometimes all it takes is one opportunity…. and the courage to say YES.
✨If you’re curious about what it’s like to be part of the Beautick team, send me a DM. I’d love to share my experience.

If your curls fall flat after an hour, it usually isn’t the curling iron.
It’s the preparation.
Long-lasting curls are built before hair is even brushed out.
These three techniques I use behind the chair and backstage that make the biggest difference in curl longevity.
What’s your biggest struggle with curls?

Grey coverage isn’t just about choosing a color- it starts with your application, formulation, and technique.
These are three of the biggest mistakes I see affecting long-lasting grey coverage:
✔️Keeping the temples exposed during processing
✔️Using a formula that doesn’t match the amount of grey
✔️Applying colour in sections that are too large or with too little product
Bonus tip included for those extra -resistant greys.

📁Consultation Files-Episode 1
Most people think I start thinking about their color when I mix the formula.
The truth?
That process begins within the first 30 seconds of your consultation.
I’m already assessing:
✨Your starting point
✨Your end goal
✨The health of your hair
Those three things shape every decision I make-from placement and tone to the products I choose and how we create a result that is beautiful and maintainable.
Beautiful hair isn’t created by chance.
It’s created with a plan.
What do you look for most in a consultation? Is it the color, the haircut, or making sure your hair stays healthy?

Most people think “expensive brunette” means adding darker color.
I don’t.
Before I mix a single formula, I’m thinking about placement, tone, depth, face shape, and how the cut will work with the color.
My goal isn’t simply darker hair - it’s creating color that’s effortless, grows out beautifully, and compliments the person wearing it.
Which of the 3 takeaways surprised you the most?

“Here’s what I decided not to do- and why.”
Every colour appointment is a series of decisions.
Not every blonde needs a root shadow.
Not every blonde should be icy.
Not every toner belongs on dry hair.
My goal is to never copy a photo.
My goal is to design a colour that compliments the client, protects the integrity of the their hair and grows out beautifully.

Fashion Week is more than the runway. It’s about being part of an incredible creative team.
One of the things I love most about BEAUTICK is that every show is an opportunity to learn, grow and work alongside talented artists from around the world.
Watching our team bring a designers vision to life reminds me why I feel in love with this industry.
With New York Fashion Week just around the corner this September, there are exciting opportunities for hairstylists who are passionate about education, teamwork, and pushing themselves creatively.
If working backstage has ever been in your vision board, I’d be happy to share more about what it’s like to be part of the BEAUTICK team.
