Sacred Sequence almost has a life on its own.. and it’s a very new concept. So it’s been pretty interesting and challenging at times to know how to ground a big vision into a small explanation.
We hope to crystalllise our mission and foundation for this collective gathering which is to unite forces and connect intentionally with likeminded , inspiring individuals with open hearts- in order to ignite a more unified field of awareness that will ripple far and wide across our collective consciousness.
We bring an integrated system of tools and wisdom from many traditions, bridging gaps between the mind & the body, between each other, and within the earth, as we come together in practice and prayer.
If you are curious about it, let’s connect! 🙏🏽

There are people who know how to hold space, to really hold it.
Holi is one of them.
A Somatic Therapist and Mentor, she brings deep body-based wisdom to everything she offers.
Holi holds tender, intelligent space, the kind that really shifts something in you, and we are so glad she is bringing it to the mountains with us.
Come find her at Sacred Sequence. Less than a month away!
June 11-14th in the Swiss Alps

Every moment you pause to feel, is a moment everything comes alive.
Music by the water. Bodies at rest. Eyes open to the sky.
Sacred Sequence is a school of somatic & embodied therapy, self awareness, and relational practices, and this is where we gather to live it.
Four days in the Swiss Alps where artists, movers, seekers, and dreamers come together to remember what it feels like to be fully alive and thriving.
Ritual, breath, movement, play, stillness, and each other.
A retreat with the soul of a festival. An inner and outer adventure, co-created, held, and alive.
📍 We meet in the magical Alps soon! Hotel Balance, Les Granges, Switzerland

Ready to journey with us?
It takes courage to do the work, to make time, to show up and tune deeper; but every time we listen, we can hear more clearly. Every time we shut the external noise, we feel our aliveness, every time we give ourselves permission to feel, we give others permission to do the same.
We are so ready to hold you and guide you through the opening.
Welcome to your embodied self. 💫🎭🌿🪷
