surgery began with a fascination for human anatomy and a profound desire!

An 88-year-old male patient with deep vein thrombosis in both lower extremities, atherosclerotic occlusion of both lower extremities with associated thrombosis, and significant symptoms of rest pain and coldness in the left lower extremity. A lower-extremity inferior vena cava filter was implanted.➕Regular anticoagulation therapy; open cut of the left femoral artery for thrombectomy.➕thrombolysis➕ The balloon dilation procedure was successfully completed, during which a mixed thrombus approximately 50 cm in length was removed. The left superficial femoral-popliteal artery and the three branches below the knee were fully opened. Postoperatively, the blood supply to the lower left limb significantly improved.

elderly male patient with arterial sclerosis and occlusion of the right lower extremity, accompanied by significant rest pain, coldness of the limbs, and localized gangrene of the toes. During surgery, the tibial anterior and peroneal arteries were opened. Postoperatively, the rest pain immediately subsided, and the skin temperature of the limbs returned to normal.
Day 8 of vacation, 8th emergency case: hemoptysis. Emergency embolization to stop bleeding.
25/02/2026
An elderly male with acute occlusion of the right lower extremity artery. Emergency surgery was performed to open the right femoral artery and remove the thrombus.➕ thrombolysis➕ The symptoms of lower leg pain and coldness in the limbs completely resolved after the balloon dilation procedure.
14/02/2026
Intramural gastric tumor with bleeding; emergency embolization to stop the bleeding.
07/02/2026
An elderly male with rest pain in the right lower extremity accompanied by intermittent claudication. Pre-operative CTA revealed occlusion of the superficial femoral artery on the right. During surgery, a combination of medications was used for thrombolysis.➕Balloon inflation.➕The stent implantation successfully opened up the occluded segment of the vessel. Post-operative imaging showed that blood flow in the right superficial femoral artery had returned to normal, the stent had expanded properly, and the blood supply at the distal end of the limb had significantly improved.
