I met my teacher Kabiro, and we spent a very inspiring time togehter, I learned a lot.
We made plans, and I'm so happy that she'll come to Puerto Viejo for a 10-days-retreat in November. I will assist, and I'm looking forward so much to profound learning, lots of giving and receiving Lomi, deep connection with oneself and others... After this workshop you will be able to give a 1.5h Lomi session.
I would love to experience this training with many of you! Here you find the basic information:

Please text me or her for any inquiry!
I hope that you all are doing well!
Aloha 🌸
Being moved.
Healing = Growing into emotional maturity
..and that is why in Lomi healing happens for the receiver, and as well for the giver. Because holding the space for the process of growing closer to yourself will not leave you untouched.

In Lomi we dance the "Flying" at the beginning of each session around the receiver, lying on the table. It connects us with the lineage of Temple Style Lomi, makes our movements large and generous, connects us with our breath, with the receiver, the room... It contains the foundational movement of the massage. Besides that it is great physical and coordinational training.
